The first single from Vetri Maaran's Viduthalai, Unnoda Nadandhaa, sung by none other than Dhanush, was released yesterday and the song is being widely appreciated by everyone. A moved Soori, who plays the lead in the film, and is featured in the song, took to his social media handle to express his happiness working in a film, which has music by Isaignani Ilaiyaraaja.

He dropped a picture with the composer and wrote in Tamil, which roughly translates to,“It's due to my parents' good deeds and blessings that I had this great honour if being featured in a song composed by musician @ilaiyaraaja sir. My Heartfelt thanks to Vetrimaaran sir and lyricist Suga for giving me this opportunity. #ViduthalaiPart1 (sic).”

The composer had shared the single on his social media handle yesterday. Earlier, he had shared a promo of the song which included a glimpse of the recording session in which Dhanush and Vetri Maaran, both are present and Dhanush is seen rehearsing the lines.

Viduthalai is an adaptation of V Jeyamohan's novel Thunaivan and will be released in two parts.
