Vijay Devarakonda turns sports entrepreneur, buys a volleyball team in Hyderabad

Vijay Devarakonda is one star who cannot be kept away from the news. Time and again, he makes headlines for some reason or the other. Now, he has stormed the limelight in the world of sports as Vijay has turned sports entrepreneur. As per the news, Vijay has invested in a volleyball team in Hyderabad.

Vijay is now the proud co-owner of professional Volleyball team, Hyderabad Black Hawks. Not many know that Vijay always loved volleyball right from his schooling days itself and had plans to venture into sports entertainment for quite some time now. He has partnered with a business tycoon in Hyderabad and has bought the Black Hawks team.

Vijay was present at the Gachibowli stadium and launched the jersey along with his team. Speaking to the media, Vijay said that from now on, he will be taking part in active sports and promote the game of volleyball which is being ignored in the country. Vijay also added that he would be present at most of the games and cheer for his team. The word is that Vijay has spent big bucks to co-own this team.

As of now, he is shooting for his new film Khushi that also stars Samantha in a key role. Very soon, a new schedule of the film will start in Hyderabad. Apart from this film, Vijay has also signed a film with Gautam Tinnanuri of Jersey fame where he will be seen as a cop for the first time in his career. For now, he is going all out with his new volleyball team Black Hawks.
