Apart from Kingdom, Vijay has also signed multiple films with emerging directors, one of whom is Ravi Kumar Kola. OTTplay was the first to report that this collaboration had been finalized, with the project being backed by renowned producer Dil Raju.

The latest update reveals that the film initially referred to as VD13, has been officially titled Rowdy Janardhana. Interestingly, Vijay is often nicknamed "Rowdy" in the industry, and he even owns an apparel brand under the same name. This makes the title Rowdy Janardhana all the more fitting and intriguing for his fans.

With Dil Raju producing the film on a grand scale, Rowdy Janardhana is expected to be an entertaining commercial venture. Since Kingdom portrays Vijay in an intense role, he has deliberately chosen a more light-hearted script for his collaboration with Dil Raju, ensuring a diverse filmography. As per industry sources, the shooting for Rowdy Janardhana is scheduled to commence by the end of this year.

In addition to these projects, reports suggest that Vijay has signed another film with the director of Kill, which will be produced by Bollywood heavyweight Karan Johar. Moreover, he is also set to work with director Rahul Sankrityan, who last delivered the critically acclaimed hit Shyam Singha Roy starring Nani.
