After essaying one of the important characters in Gully Boy, Vijay Varma rose to fame with Mirzapur 2’s Tyagi twins. The actor is now gearing up to be seen in an untitled project by Sumit Saxena.
A source close to the development recently released a statement and said that the Ghost Stories actor is currently shooting in a small town near Mumbai, called Jawhar for an untitled project that has been backed by Viacom 18 and post that he will resume with the Mumbai shoot schedule of this Sumit Saxena project while juggling brand commitments side by side.
The source further revealed, “The past 2 months he was stationed in Varanasi throughout shooting for this one and then he just took a short break to visit his family for Diwali in Hyderabad. The very next day, on the 5th of November, he was in Jawhar for his shoot. With this speed, Vijay is expected to complete the shoot well in time and wrap up the project by November end.”
The actor was last seen in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s directed film Yaara on ZEE5 alongside Vidyut Jammwal, Shruti Haasan, Amit Sadh, Kenny Basumatary and Ankur Vikal. Apart from these untitled projects, Vijay is currently busy working on the upcoming romantic film Hurdang that has Sunny Kaushal and Nushrratt Bharuccha, while his other forthcoming film titles Darlings, which features him with Alia Bhatt, Shefali Shah, Roshan Mathew and marks Bhatt’s first production under the banner of Eternal Sunshine Productions.
