After being in a critical state, and on life support for a few days now, veteran Indian actor Vikram Gokhale has breathed his last in Pune, as per a news report by India Today.
The actor, who has contributed immensely to Indian cinema in his decades-long career, was admitted to Dinanath Mangeshkar Hospital in Pune. He was 82 at the time of his death. Vikram Gokhale’s last rites will be performed today evening at Vaikunth Crematorium in Pune, according to the same report.
In his decades-long career, Gokhale has worked in regional films as well as mainstream Hindi cinema.
