Vikram Prabhu’s next film titled Rathamum Sadhaiyum

Vikram Prabhu's upcoming film, directed by Harendar Balachander, has been titled Rathamum Sadhaiyum (Blood and Flesh). The first-look poster and the title of the film was released today. The poster, which is in red and black tint, has Vikram Prabhu giving an intense look. There is also a horse, a dog and a pigeon in the frame. Going by the poster and the title, it looks like the film might delve into a serious subject.

Sharing the poster on his social media page, Vikram Prabhu wrote, "Need all of your encouragement for this one! Let’s go team! 💪👍😊இரத்தமும் சதையும் - Blood and Flesh. Written and Directed by: @harendhar_b Produced by: @KarthikFilmaker @ctcmediaboy @teamaimpr #bloodandflesh #rathamumsadhaiyum. (sic)." The shoot for the film is expected to begin next month.

The title was released by director Vignesh Shivan. He wrote on his social media page, "Happy to release the Title Look of the film 'இரத்தமும் சதையும் - Blood And Flesh'.Congrats dear brother @iamvikramprabhu Written and Directed by: @harendhar_b Produced by: @KarthikFilmaker @ctcmediaboy @teamaimpr #bloodandflesh #rathamumsadhaiyum (sic)."

Karthik Adwait, who is bankrolling the film along with PS Reddy and Anu Chowdhary, thanked the film's lead actor Vikram Prabhu and said that he was happy to be part of the film. He wrote, "Thank you @iamVikramPrabhu ⁩ Anna , you been a huge support for me through all this years Anna . I am so happy to be a part of your next movie #rathamumsadhaiyum . @harendhar_b ⁩ wonderful things are waiting down the line and the journey is unstoppable. ⁦ (sic)."

In the meantime, Vikram Prabhu is basking in the success of Taanakkaaran, in which he played a cop. The film is now streaming on Disney + Hotstar.
