Vikram trailer: Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil are ready for war

The trailer of Vikram is here and it is as powerful as it can get. The lion, tiger and leopard aka Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil and Kamal Haasan are here to deliver what was expected of them – the fire to fight back. All the three actors deliver in their own way, the way that we know about.

The trailer mentions, “One man’s revolution is another man’s terrorism,” and we get to see both the sides come alive with the trio. Vijay expresses with his intense eyes, Fahadh uses his whole face to express what he feels and Kamal Haasan, well, he has body language which is above and beyond all of them. His entry into the trailer itself is sure to get many whistles.

Vijay can make you believe he is the antagonist with his crooked face. Meanwhile, Fahadh goes ahead and does some stunts and gives pokerface dialogues.

Vijay is so sure about himself that he can form his own government and not need anybody else in his life. His power-packed scenes follow up with some high-tech gunpower. Ever since that scene, all we see is the use of various guns, violence and bloodshed – something that has become a norm with the South Indian film industry.

Of course, the actors, especially Kamal Haasan, are impressive. Although the makers wanted to show high action, Kamal breaking bones and making people fly with just a punch is a little too unreal.

The trailer of Vikram is impressive thanks to the high action and the actors. However, the story of this film is yet to impress or even amuse us. All that the trailer really brings forth is the actors and action but without revealing what the real story is.

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Vikram will release in theatres on June 3. The makers are yet to announce the OTT release date and platform for this one.
