Almost every artist has a dream wish-list of directors he wants to work with, and Bollywood actor Vineet Kumar Singh is no exception to that rule.

Vineet Kumar Singh, who is known for his stellar performances in movies like Mukkabaaz and Gangs of Wasseypur, spoke about his desire to work with ace Bollywood filmmaker Anubhav Sinha (of Thappad and Article 15 fame) and how he had approached the director at a party for work.

"At the Bard of Blood party, I told Anubhav Sinha that I wanted to work with him, and he said do saal ruko (laughs!). Because, I guess, some of his films were in the pipeline. Now it's been over three years... but everyone has his own reasons and circumstances..." Vineet kumar Singh told the YouTube channel Unfiltered by Samdish when asked about the kind of directors he would like to work with.

Vineet Kumar Singh was last seen in Zee5's popular web show Rangbaaz where he had played the character of a gangster-turned-politician Haroon Shah Ali Baig. His last theatrical release was Siya which received lukewarm response at the Box Office.

During an exclusive interview with OTTplay, which took place a couple of months back, Vineet Kumar Singh had called the boom of OTT platforms a 'boon' for actors like him. He had said at the time, "No, no... OTT is 'the' change and it will not go away. In fact, this is just the beginning for OTT. But even that (the start) has been on such a massive scale. OTT is experimenting big time, with different kinds of work now being done. In the future, even the quality of this work will be even better. Polished writers will come to the forefront. The kids who are consuming OTT content now, will eventually grow up to write finer materials for the space. They will bring something new to the table. Because they are consuming world content."
