Viral video - Here is what Diljit Dosanjh is up to ahead of Amar Singh Chamkila trailer release

Netflix is set to release Amar Singh Chamkila, a highly anticipated film starring Diljit Dosanjh as the late legendary Punjabi singer. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, the film is about Chamkila's life story. The teaser trailer released in February has generated excitement among fans. With just one day left until the film's trailer release, here's what Diljit did that is currently breaking the internet.

Netflix reminded Amar Singh Chamkila fans that the trailer for the musical drama will be released tomorrow, March 28. “Sunein saare Chamkila.. Maane koi an. Amar Singh Chamkila, TRAILER OUT TOMORROW, only on Netflix!” wrote Netflix in a post on its social media handles.

Ahead of the trailer release, Diljit has landed in Mumbai, where he will be promoting the film actively for a couple of days. He is currently at a Mumbai hotel. At the hotel, he is seen throwing flowers on himself in excitement and relishing the tasty breakfast spread served to him. Although it might sound simple and routine, the way the Punjabi singer has spent the first half of his day is charismatic.

Diljit energetically danced to the tunes of Rote Hue Aate Hain Sab, a popular song from the Amitabh Bachchan-starrer Muqaddar Ka Sikandar (1978). The song was sung by legendary singer Kishore Kumar.

At the end of the viral video, Diljit showcased his ‘gallery’ of shoes, which he loves to carry everywhere he goes. Many social media users wondered why he was carrying more than a dozen pairs of shoes to the hotel.

Clearly, Diljit is not just an actor and a Punjabi singer but also a social media influencer.

Reacting to the video, which received more than 2 lakh likes within just 2 hours, actor Kusha Kapila wrote, “Jeda tuhano dekhey, pagal ho jave (When I see you, I go mad).”

On the professional front, Diljit is eagerly looking forward to his movies Crew and Amar Singh Chamkila. While the former is a theatrical release, the latter will be out on Netflix soon.
