Ranbir Kapoor recently attended Arijit Singh's concert in Chandigarh. The audience was surprised to see the Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar actor make a special appearance. A heartwarming video of Ranbir and Arijit greeting each other by kneeling down and bowing down their heads has gone viral on social media. Say for that matter, the actor won hearts as he recreated Channa Mereya's iconic step from Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

Ranbir Kapoor grooves to Channa Mereya

Ranbir Kapoor left the audience impressed when he grooved to the tunes of Channa Mereya. The actor also jammed with Arijit on Rasiya from his 2022 film Brahmastra with his wife Alia Bhatt. Needless to say, several videos of RK have surfaced from Arijit's concert and they are too cute to miss.

Arijit went on to croon Satranga from Ranbir's upcoming film, Animal. The makers released it as a second song from Sandeep Reddy Vanga's film. Kapoor will be seen sharing screen space with Rashmika Mandanna in the movie.

This film marks Ranbir's first collaboration with Kabir Singh director Sandeep. The actor will be seen playing the lead role while Anil Kapoor plays his father. Rashmika will be essaying the role of Ranbir's love interest in the film and Bobby Deol is the menacing villain of the movie.

Ranbir Kapoor's acting break

After Animal releases on December 1, Ranbir will be taking a 6-month break from work to spend more time with his daughter Raha. In a Zoom interaction with fans, the actor confirmed that he won't be committing to any project after Sandeep's film hits the big screen. Ranbir also mentioned that he wasn't able to spend time with his baby girl after her birth.

Work-wise, Kapoor's last theatrical release was Luv Ranjan's Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. He was seen romancing Shraddha Kapoor in the movie. Boney Kapoor and Dimple Kapadia played the role of Ranbir's parents in the film. The film opened to a good response and enjoyed a successful run at the box office.
