Viral video: When Shah Rukh Khan went pole dancing, asked Anushka Sharma to join him

A video of Shah Rukh Khan pole dancing has been going viral. The actor even pulled Anushka Sharma to pole dance with him. This is much before their film Jab Harry Met Sejal released.

Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma attended Riteish Deshmukh’s show Yaaron Ki Baaraat. That is where co-host Sajid Khan asked SRK to pole dance.

In response, Shah Rukh said that he has pole danced a lot in life and does not mind doing it again, at all. He even got Anushka to join him at the pole. Both of them danced to his song Chammak Challo. SRK surprised and impressed one and all with his performance.

The actor danced on the pole and later, in front of it. He tried to throw his jacket in the audience but it fell on the floor, making it a hilarious moment. Soon after, he and Anushka romanced one another on the pole.

SRK and Anushka had attended the show back in 2016. This is around the time when Ae Dil Hai Mushkil was to release. While Anushka played the lead actress in the film, Shah Rukh had a powerful cameo in it.

Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma had worked in her debut film Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and later Jab Tak Hai Jaan. They were shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s Jab Harry Met Sejal during the time the show released. It was named The Ring back then.

Interestingly, Jab Harry Met Sejal had a brief sequence where Anushka does an imaginary pole dance to impress SRK’s character in the film. The track comes during an important plot point in the film.
