Virat Kohli reacts to fans teasing Shubman Gill with Sara Ali Khan's name

There have long been rumours that Indian cricketer Shubman Gill and Bollywood actor Sara Ali Khan are dating. Recently, while India was playing its third ODI against New Zealand at Indore's Holkar Stadium, the crowd teased Gill by shouting Sara's name.

Fans can be heard shouting, "Humaari bhabhi kaisi ho?, Sara bhabhi jaisi ho.. " in a viral video from India's third one-day international, which was played on January 24 . When the Indian cricket team was fielding against New Zealand, the video was being recorded. Shubman can be seen fielding against New Zealand in the video. However, neither Sara Ali Khan nor Sara Tendulkar were mentioned by the audience. There were also rumours that Gill was seeing Sachin Tendulkar's daughter.

Another video from the same game shows Virat Kohli's reaction to fans making fun of Gill. The video gives the impression that Kohli was entertained by the fans' gesture. He was grinning as he turned to face the onlookers taking Sara's name near the boundary rope. Gill, on the other hand, choose not to respond. The audience has previously yelled Sara's name several times. People have previously been chanting "Sara Sara" during a game against Sri Lanka.

Recently, Shubman added extra spice to these rumours of dating Sara while he made an appearance on Dil Diyan Gallan with Sonam Bajwa. When asked if he was seeing Sara, he answered, "Maybe." Also added by Sonam was "Sara ka sara sach bolo." In response, he said, "Sach bol diya sara da sara. Maybe, maybe not."
