Vishal celebrates birthday on the set of Hari's next, pictures take the internet by storm

Actor Vishal is celebrating his 46th birthday today and the actor rang in the special occasion on the sets of his next, which is tentatively being referred to as Vishal 34. The film marks Vishal's third collaboration with director Hari after Thaamirabharani (2007) and Poojai (2014). Pictures of Vishal cutting the cake on the sets are now doing the rounds on the internet. Also in attendance are director Hari, the film's leading lady Priya Bhavani Shankar, Yogi Babu and the rest of the cast and crew.

Shoot happening in rural Tamil Nadu

The shoot for the film is in full swing in Tuticorin and Vishal had recently posted a picture from a Vilathikulam village. The actor was seen along with two elderly villagers in the picture.

Taking to his social media handle, Vishal had then written, "Feeling good & energised to be back after a long gap to the roots & rural area of Tamil Nadu. Shooting for #Vishal34 in Director Hari Sir' combination for the 3rd time. Produced by Stone Bench in a village called Villathikulam in Tutucorin. High octane action sequences shot here with my darling stunt choreographer @dhilipaction Nice to interact with the people down here after a long time (sic)."

A fiery first-look poster

The team had earlier dropped a first-look poster which featured a silhouette and a sickle dangling from a stethoscope, smeared in blood. The film’s announcement poster featured knives, daggers, handcuffs and guns. Going by Hari's reputation for fast-paced action dramas, Vishal's next is also slated to be high on adrenaline rush.

The actor had earlier shared his excitement about teaming up with Hari. "Delighted & Pumped up to be part of this ! My 3rd combination with Director Hari.
