Pepping Moon earlier reported that Sidharth Malhotra will begin shooting for the film from October 24 in Mumbai. The production of this mythological folk thriller is resuming after the first schedule was disrupted in June due to creative differences between Sidharth and director Deepak Mishra.

Meanwhile, the portal also mentioned that Maniesh Paul, Sunil Grover, and Shweta Tiwari have joined the cast of Vvan.
