Anaswara Rajan, who made a stellar start to 2025 with the hit Rekhachithram, is back with her next movie, Vysanasametham Bandhumithradhikal. The young Malayalam star’s film will hit theatres on June 13, the makers have announced. However, this puts the film in direct contention with another Malayalam film, Ronth, which stars Kankhajura actor Roshan Mathew and Dileesh Pothan.
Anaswara Rajan’s Vysanasametham Bandhumithradhikal release date
Super Sharanya star Anaswara Rajan will be next seen in Vysanasametham Bandhumithradhikal, which is set to have its theatrical release on Jun 13, 2025. The upcoming film is scripted and helmed by debutant S Vipin. Another Malayalam film, Ronth, directed by Shahi Kabir, is also slated to release on the same day, setting up a box office clash between the two.

Apart from Anaswara Rajan, Maranamass actor Siju Sunny, Joemon Jyothir, Baiju Santhosh, Azees Nedumangad, and Mallika Sukumaran also appear in other key roles.
The upcoming Anaswara Rajan-starrer is co-produced by Vipin Das, who had earlier backed the popular Vaazha. Vipin Das is also a popular filmmaker, who has helmed movies such as Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey and Guruvayoorambala Nadayil, which also starred Anaswara Rajan along with Prithviraj Sukumaran and Basil Joseph.
Though the makers have not revealed much about the plot, the posters released thus far hint that a chaotic entertainer is on the cards.
Ronth release
On the other hand, Shahi Kabir’s upcoming film, which releases on June 13, revolves around two night-patrol cops, played by Roshan Mathew and Malik actor Dileesh Pothan. More details about the rest of the cast are not known. Expectations are high from the Shahi Kabir film as he had penned Kunchacko Boban’s Officer on Duty, which released in theatres earlier this year and emerged to be a hit. Officer on Duty also revolves around a cop, who is demoted to the post of a CI. The film follows the events as he probes a fake gold chain case, which leads him to a far sinister crime.
