Much of the love that the film has received stems from the fact that it is not only inventive and refreshing but also that it is relatable. Be it the unique storyline that uses a typical boys' hostel as its main setting or the characters that are both unassuming and entertaining at the same time, almost every facet of Hostel Hudugaru Bekagiddare has caught the attention of the public. The freewheeling banter, in particular, between the characters has resonated with the audience and evoked a lot of nostalgia in them.
And if you haven't had enough of these moments, the makers have now released a deleted scene from the film. This small snippet, featuring two of the main Boys, might not have made it to the final cut but it is fun nevertheless and also allows us to get another comical moment to relish.
The deleted scene shows us how the famed secret tunnel in the film hosts a situation wherein the boys, despite the criticality of their situation, get into an argument about their respective deodorants. One banal accusation leads to a hilarious back-and-forth between the characters, highlighting how the performances, the writing and also the staging come together really well. Impressed by this YouTube viewers are now urging the makers to release more such deleted footage!
Hostel Hudugaru Bekagiddare also features special cameos courtesy of actors Rishab Shetty, Pawan Kumar, Shine Shetty, Diganth Manchale and Ramya. Rakshit Shetty presents the film in theatres under Paramvah Studios.
