The latest social media post of Shahid Kapoor shows him working out with a ‘seemingly’ heavyweight barbell. And to make the situation (read ‘workout’) look more authentic, Shahid Kapoor also had kept a music system beside him while he was busy working out. And he is super busy looking at himself in the mirror as he is working out extremely hard with the weight training equipment.
But… in no time, with the change of music, Shahid Kapoor also changes his workout rhythm and starts dancing with the weight training equipment…well… quite literally! Well… not the one to stop at that, Shahid Kapoor then goes onto take the weight equipment on his index finger and starts balancing it on the finger with utmost ease! How can anyone miss out on that trademark mischievously infectious smile of his at the end of the video!
No sooner did he post the ‘heavyweight-made-light’ workout video, all his fans just could not resist from commenting on the post. On the professional front, Shahid Kapoor was recently seen with Kriti Sanon in the Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah directed film ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’. The film also stars the veteran actors Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia alongwith Rakesh Bedi, Anubha Fatehpuria and Rajesh Kumar in important roles.
