Was Vedang Raina nervous during the shoot of Jigra?

In the talk with Lifestyle Asia, Vedang reminisced about his collaboration with the acclaimed actress Alia Bhatt in Jigra. Recalling his first day of shooting, he confessed to experiencing a hint of nervousness. Vedang said, “It was a scene with Alia, and I wouldn’t say I was nervous because I had done my homework but just the fact that it was with her, I felt some kind of nervousness.”

He emphasized the importance of Jigra in shaping his career trajectory. Vedang told the news outlet, “I am not dismissing The Archies by saying that it was a warm-up, but it felt like a warm-up to what I did in Jigra and I put myself through a kind of personal journey. I am excited for it.”

What is special about Jigra?

Alia Bhatt's production company, Eternal Sunshine Productions, is looking forward to releasing its second film, Jigra, following the success of Darlings on Netflix in 2022. Bhatt recently made her Hollywood debut with the streaming giant's Heart of Stone.
