Watch the investigative K-drama TEN in Telugu on Playflix and OTTplay Premium

Are you a fan of investigative series and K-dramas? And do you want to watch such shows in a regional Indian language? Well, then you’re in for a treat! This week’s mega release on Playflix and OTTplay Premium is the South Korean crime drama Special Affairs Team TEN, or simply TEN, which has Joo Sang-wook, Jo An, Kim Sang-ho, and Choi Woo-shik in lead roles.

The series will be available to stream in Telugu starting September 15.

The two-season-long, highly acclaimed hit drama won the Grand Prize (Daesang) at the 6th Cable TV Broadcasting Awards in 2012.

What is TEN about?
Joo Sang-wook plays Yeo Ji-hoon in TEN, who is a former detective who has a strong logical mind. The skilled and gifted Ji-hoon is an instructor at the police academy. But the brutal murder of his wife pushes him to get back to solving crimes.

TEN refers to the top 10% of South Korea’s police investigators who are tasked with going after 10% of the most hardcore criminals in the country. The task force will stop at nothing to solve crimes that seem unsolveable, and in the process, the audience is taken along on a thrilling ride that will keep them on the edge of their seats.

The monster who catches monsters
In the series, Ji-hoon is popularly called ‘the monster who catches monsters’ because of his ability to think like the most crude criminals. After he quits his job as a teacher at the police academy, Ji-hoon is made the head of a special task force.

His team consists of Nam Ye-ri (Jo An), who is a profiling specialist; Baek Do-shik (Kim Sang-ho), a veteran cop with a keen intuition; and Park Min-ho (Choi Woo-shik), a rookie who impressed Ji-hoon in class.

Murderer F
After having formed his special team, Ji-hoon and his men go after a serial killer who is known simply as 'Murderer F'. After a series of twists and turns, many of which will leave you stumped, the team itself is in for a shock as they get closer to the feared serial killer.
