Filmmaker Tanuja Chandra’s views on the docuseries

Filmmaker Tanuja Chandra, in a press statement today, expressed how confident she feels about this project. She said, “In India and other South Asian cultures, it's widely believed that marriage is the most significant milestone in a woman's life, and the pressure to 'settle down' keeps mounting as she grows older."
