Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar reportedly had a fallout after Kartik was out of Dostana 2. According to the reports, they shared a bitter equation since, even though Karan and Kartik would come together for events and behave cordial with one another. Now, they put all rumours to rest by actually being there by one another’s side at the airport.

Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar were seen at the Mumbai airport together. They shared a laugh and caught up with one another. Not just that, Karan even gave Kartik a hug before they parted ways.

Colourful vs the power of black

Kartik wore colourful clothing, while Karan embraced the power of black. Kartik was seen in a blue-and-yellow colour schemed shirt with white pants and monochrome coloured sports shoes. Karan, on the other hand, went for black formals but with a quirky touch. He paired them up with square black sunglasses and black sports shoes and a matching bag.

The controversy

Kartik and Karan got into a controversy when it was reported in 2021 that Karan felt Kartik was being ‘unprofessional’ on the sets of Dostana 2. Suddenly, Kartik was no longer a part of the movie which was announced in 2019. Kartik was supposed to star opposite Janhvi Kapoor in the film. Dostana 2 marks Lakshya’s debut in the film industry.

On the work front

Kartik has been shooting for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film stars Vidya Balan and Triptii Dimri too. Kartik is also a part of Kabir Khan’s Chandu Champion. The film is currently in the post-production stage.

Karan, on the other hand, is making headlines for The Bull, which is likely to star Salman Khan in the lead role. The movie is being helmed by Shershaah director Vishnuvardhan. Karan recently also announced Dulhania 3 aka Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. Karan has also announced a movie with Kartik, which will be co-produced by Ektaa Kapoor.
