When Munawar Faruqui roasted Bigg Boss 17 host Salman Khan during his stand-up comedy

Munawar Faruqui is currently the most loved contestant on Bigg Boss 17. However, there was a time when he made fun of the host of the show, Salman Khan. More recently, during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Salman recalled the act where Munawar mocked him and his fans. This was over the footpath incident (hit-and-run case), for which Salman was eventually acquitted.

The hit-and-run case made it to one of Munawar’s stand-up comedy. “Footpath pe gaadi chala gaye. Salman Khan fan bhi nahi hai, kyunki educated hai woh,” Munawar had said during his act.

Salman recalls the incident

Salman recalled the same act during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode. “Stand up mein pata nahi kya kya bol jaate ho aap yaar. Yahan pe bola nahi jaa raha,” he told the comedian.

Why Salman scolded Munawar

Salman gave it back to Munawar since the comedian could not be himself in the house. This happened since Ayesha Khan’s entry in the house. In order to save his relationship with her, Munawar sacrificed a lot. Salman then showed him the mirror and shared how Ayesha does not have genuine intentions or she would wait for Munawar to come out of the show to clear things out. Munawar agreed for the same and realizing things, he said he wants to fix his relationship with his ex-girlfriend Nazila Sitaishi.
