When The Phone Rings episode 4 ended on a high point. Yoo Yeon-seok’s Sa-eon found Chae Soo-bin’s Hee-joo on the terrace while she was blackmailing him. He has been trying to find the blackmailer, which led to people believing that he has understood that Hee-joo has been blackmailing him. That is not the case though. He is not sure of it, not yet.
