The series is directed by Chidambaram Manivannan and features an ensemble cast which comprises RJ Vijay, Janani Ashok Kumar, Vishnu Vijay, VJ Paaru, Lavanya, RJ Sarithiran, Syama Harini, Vikkals Vikram, Soundariya Nanjundan, VJ Pappu, Kannadasan and Sanjeev.

The story of Vera Maari Office revolves around a corporate office named The Great Indian Company that has different kinds of employees facing immense pressure from the HR and manager to deliver work on time.
