Ayesha made her acting debut in College Jeans, and has subsequently appeared in several shows such as Dolly Ki Ayegi Baraat, Bulbulay, Dil Ko Manana Aya Nahi and Ladies Park, among others. She made her film debut in 2015, essaying a leading role in Karachi Se Lahore. Ayesha is reportedly one of the highest paid actresses in Pakistan at present.
