Why Mika Singh did not end up marrying Akanksha Puri

Akanksha Puri is one actress who was often associated with reality shows because of her relationships. After a public break up with Paras Chhabra during Bigg Boss 13, she participated on Mika Di Vohti and was selected to be his wife. However, the two never ended up getting married. Mika has finally spoken up on why he and Akanksha never really tied the knot.

Mika's statement

While talking to Times of India, Mika revealed that he did not end up marrying Akanksha because he realized they were not compatible. He realized the same right after picking her as his bride. The singer further added that he might have collaborated with Akanksha if she were a singer and they could have travelled together too.

What Akanksha had said

Akanksha had said that a lot goes behind the thought of getting married and thus, she and Mika continued to remain friends rather than tie the knot. She also stated that the two were busy with their own work commitments.

Akanksha and Mika's past relationships

Akanksha was in a relationship with Paras Chhabra. He ended things with her after participating on Bigg Boss 13. This was after Paras got close to Mahira on the show. Some years later, Akanksha became Mika's Vohti but they did not get married. More recently, Akanksha shared some intimate moments with Jad Hadid on Bigg Boss OTT 2. The two met after the show and continued to maintain that they are friends. Meanwhile, Mika Singh was linked to Rakhi Sawant, who had accused Mika of forcibly kissing her on his birthday. Mika then made a song on the incident and the two went on to become friends once again.
