Will Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan have tea with Bengal CM?

Chief minister of West Bengal Mamata Bandyopadhyay will set foot in Mumbai on August 30 to participate in the meeting of the INDIA alliance. There is a tea party with Sharad Pawar on August 31. It is being heard that the CM will meet Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan on August 31 amidst her political schedule.

Mamata Bandyopadhyay has been keeping a good relationship with Amitabh and Jaya for a long time. They joined the Kolkata Film Festival several times at the invitation of the CM. In the inauguration programme last year, Mamata Bandyopadhyay blasted the central government on the stage and demanded to confer Bharat Ratna on Amitabh. Big B is also passionate about Kolkata. His career started here, and he married a Bengali girl. Hence he has a special affection for Bengal and the Bengalis.

Jaya Bachchan, who is an MP of the Samajwadi Party, flew from Mumbai to give support to Mamata Bandyopadhyay during the assembly election of 2021. She campaigned for Mamata. However, they are good friends outside of politics too. That was why the Bachchans invited the CM to their house Jalsa during her Mumbai trip. Can Mamata take out time from her schedule to visit the Bachchans? The political as well as entertainment world is eagerly waiting to find the answer.
