Will roopa Ganguly make a comeback on TV?

Is Roopa Ganguly making her comeback to acting? The actress has been busy with her career in politics for the last five years. As a result, she stayed away from the world of light-camera-action. According to sources, now she is gearing up to make a comeback in an important role in a Star Jalsa serial. 

Once it was heard that Purna of Khelaghar is going to work in Hindi serials. However, it is now heard that Swikriti will return to Star Jalsa. She will play the protagonist in the serial where Roopa will also star. The hero will be played by Arpan Ghoshal, known for Basanta Bilash Messbari. 

A serial starring Roopa Ganguly will certainly have a novel storyline. However, everyone keeps mum about the plot. Roopa is supposed to play the character of a mother. Will it centre around the tussle between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law? Roopa has not yet signed the contract with the production house, but she is very excited. The promo will be shown at the beginning of 2023 if everything goes according to plan. 

A number of serials are coming to Star Jalsa. Bangla Medium is coming next week. The promo of Kamala and Sriman Prithwiraj has been shown. There will be another Star Jalsa serial starting at the beginning of next week which is made by Leena Gangopadhyay and Saibal Banerjee’s Magic Moments. The serial’s lead roles are played by Trina Saha, Koushik Roy, and Indrasish Roy.
