Shah Rukh Khan has previously appeared in The Kapil Sharma Show as a promotional guest. The Pathaan team, however, has not been actively promoting the film as its release date draws closer. The cast's appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show has piqued fans' interest. On Twitter, SRK promised to "directly meet his fans at cinema halls." The advance booking window for Shah Rukh Khan's much awaited film Pathaan began on January 20, five days before its scheduled theatre release. The response from the public has been incredibly positive, and according to early projections, the Bollywood film could make over Rs 30 crore on its opening day across all languages.
