Will Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan enter the 1000 cr club? Let’s find out

The third Friday had passed, and Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan is still dominating the ticket booths with no competitors in sight. The movie managed to bring in a little more than Rs 5 crore on Friday, bringing its overall domestic market revenue to Rs 464 core nett. With Rs 510.99 crore, the Hindi version of Baahubali: The Conclusion is the most successful movie in the domestic market.

The story of Pathaan has captivated audiences and drawn them in large numbers to the theatres. According to reports, it brought in an additional Rs 5.25 crore on Friday.

On Saturday, Yash Raj Films announced that the movie's global gross box office collections had surpassed Rs 900 crore. The movie earned a total of Rs 464 crore in India and an additional Rs 344 crore from other markets. But it's unclear how long it will last after this weekend because next week will witness the release of Shehzada, starring Kartik Aaryan, and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

Given the Hindi cinema industry's difficult time after the pandemic, Pathaan's performance at the box office was anticipated to be very important and it turned out to be outstanding at the box office. Shah Rukh Khan's comeback film Pathaan, after more than 4 years, has audiences thrilled. The film that released on January 25 is still going strong at the box office and if the collections at the box office stay steady for one more week then it looks like it may enter the prestigious Rs 1000 crore club too.
