After DJ Tillu, Telugu audiences look set to be entertained with another comic caper this year, thanks to the Anil Ravipudi directorial F3, that hits theatres on May 27. F3 is a multistarrer by all means, bringing together the best in the business with respect to comedy - including Venkatesh, Tamannaah, Sunil, Ali, Rajendra Prasad, Raghu Babu in addition to Varun Tej and Mehreen Pirzada. In the prequel to F3 (F2: Fun and Frustration), Tamannaah, in particular, held her own with terrific spontaneity while performing alongside veterans.
The trailer of F3 was launched earlier this week, registering record number of views on Youtube and it's proof to the fact that the premise would be wackier, funnier and messier this time. Excepting her special appearance in Ghani, F3 is Tamannaah's first theatrical release in 2022 and certainly, she would want to start it with a bang. Apart from the film's prequel, it has been a while since Tamannaah has had a solid commercial success in the last few years and F3 is her best bet to reassert her dominance again.
Not many in the industry credit Tamannaah enough for her expertise in comedy - her performances in Abhinetri, Oopiri, Aagadu, 100% Love are enough to suggest that she knows her job quite well. Anil Ravipudi has said that Tamannaah's character Harika in F3 is quite a meaty one, that gave her full license to be at her very best with the funny one-liners. She reportedly plays a greedy woman who has a catchphrase 'Mana Aashale Mana Viluvalu', who develops a rapport with Sonal Chauhan and the makers feel the actress will be the surprise package of the film.
Earlier this week, F3 makers also released a few stills of the actress from the film that shows the actress is still on top with her fashion game. Produced by Shirish, F3 is edited by Tammiraju and cinematographed by Sai Sriram. Devi Sri Prasad scores the music. Apart from the comic entertainer, Tamannaah will be seen in Gurthunda Seethakalam and the Hindi film Bole Chudiyaan in 2022. She is also filming for Chiranjeevi's Bholaa Shankar, directed by Meher Ramesh.
