Ahead of this, the makers have begun promotions, and in one of the interviews, Abishan spoke about how he took up acting after Rajinikanth’s advice.
With Love: What did Rajinikanth say to Abishan Jeevinth about acting?
Director of last year’s blockbuster film Tourist Family, Abishan Jeevinth, had played a supporting role in the film. However, with the upcoming Tamil film With Love, he will be debuting as lead actor. In one of the interviews, with Galatta, Abishan spoke about being encouraged by none other than Rajinikanth himself, to take up acting.
Abishan is currently expecting the release of his film With Love on February 6. Speaking to the media channel, he said, “After Tourist Family success, I was planning for my next film. It was then I had met Soundarya Rajinikanth and complimented me. It was even one day before I met Rajinikanth sir, I was contemplating about acting and what kind of brickbats I would receive. Anaswara is the heroine...so that too was running in my mind. But when I met Rajinikanth sir, he complemented me and even said I am hero material.” Abishan further said that he was encouraged by Rajinikanth’s words of appreciation, which made him to take up With Love.

Malayalam actor Anaswara Rajan, who appeared in Tamil films like Raangi and Thugs, will be returning to Tamil cinema with a lead role in With Love.
