At the recent Next on Netflix event, fans got a glimpse of the streaming giant’s upcoming slate for 2025. While several exciting shows and movies were announced, the biggest surprise that took the fandom by storm was the revelation that WWE is coming to Netflix. Yes, you read that right! Beginning April 1, 2025, Netflix will become the exclusive home for WWE in India. As part of Netflix’s long-term partnership with the sports entertainment giant, Indian fans will be able to stream all of WWE’s weekly flagship shows—Raw, NXT, and SmackDown—along with WWE’s Premium Live Events, including SummerSlam, Money in the Bank, Royal Rumble, and the highly anticipated WrestleMania.
Presented live and in vibrant detail, WWE's arrival on Netflix brings serialized storytelling and high-adrenaline action to audiences three times a week (Raw, NXT, and SmackDown)—52 weeks a year. Combining the best of scripted entertainment with the unpredictability of live action, Netflix will also provide live Hindi commentary for Indian fans, enhancing the viewing experience.
To celebrate this historic partnership, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque released a special video welcoming Indian fans to the Netflix era. Through this collaboration, WWE fans in India will enjoy seamless, immersive access to all WWE programming. Netflix will also feature new and exclusive archival content from the WWE vault, along with the option to stream both live and on demand.
