Yamudu wraps up shoot, gears up for release, intense first look out now

Low-budget films like Baby, DJ Tillu, and Masooda were released with very low buzz, but due to the presence of strong content in them, they ended as smash hits at the box office, thereby giving life to the likes of Sai Rajesh, Vaishnavi Chaitanya, and Siddhu Jonnalagadda.

Here is one more film that has caught the imagination of one and all. The film is none other than Yamudu, a mythological thriller with the tagline Dharmo Rakshati Rakshitah. The special aspect of the film is that young actor Jagadeesh Aamanchi not only plays the main lead but also directs the thriller.

Directing a mythological film is no joke, but Jagadeesh Aamanchi has attempted this genre on a daring note and has managed to impress with the first-look poster as well. Jagadeesh Aamanchi is seen as Yamudu, the God of Death, and looks intense. Be it the makeup or the dreadful look, the poster creates an impact right away.

The poster also showcases the heroine being captured by Yamudu, and only when the film releases will one come to know why the hero transformed into Yamudu and has held the heroine captive. Yamudu is being produced under the banner of Jagannatha Pictures. In the past, films like Karthikeya 2 and Annamayya were made with a mythological touch, but this film is completely different, say the makers.

Vishnu Reddy Vanga is the cinematographer of this film, whereas Bhavani Rakesh will compose the music. KCB Hari will edit the film, and Hari Allasani and Jagadeesh Aamanchi have penned the story. Yamudu is done with its shoot and is busy with its post-production phase. Very soon, the makers will announce the release date of the film. Stay tuned for more updates on this film.
