Netflix has dropped an intriguing teaser of a psychological crime drama show Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein. In the background of the latest video, the makers have also used the hit 90s track of the same title from Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol starrer Baazigar. It stars Mirzapur fame Shweta Tripathi and Tahir Raj Bhasin in lead roles.
The teaser begins with a background dialogue by Tahir, where he talks about his love story. Simultaneously, the latest clip shows the first encounter of the leading duo in their college. The video then chronicles their love story that doesn’t seem to end well as the actor can be seen having an affair with his childhood crush Purva, which has been essayed by Anchal Singh. The teaser glimpses into the romance, action and politics that seem to be the important parts of the upcoming show.

The OTT giant shared the teaser on its official Instagram handle by calling it goosebumps.
The Chhichhore actor also shared the video on his Instagram handle mentioning a big heartfelt note in the caption that reads, “Beyond excited for you to watch this one ! Here’s the very first look for Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein. Watch ‘Vikrant’ navigate this twisted game of love . YKKA drops on 14th Jan, only on Netflix. #YehKaaliKaaliAnkhein #YKKA (sic).”
The lead actress, who goes by the interesting name of battatawada as her Instagram handle shared Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein teaser with her fans as well and called the show a ‘twisted game of love.’

Apart from Shweta, Tahir and Anchal, the forthcoming thriller web series also features a great set of casts including Saurabh Shukla, Surya Sharma, Brijendra Kala, Arunoday Singh, Anant Joshi, Sunita Rajwar and Hetal Gada among others.
