Yesteryear actor Haranath's grand nephew Virat Raj to make his Telugu debut with Seeta Manohara Sri Raghava

Another star-kid is getting ready to test his fortunes in Telugu cinema. Virat Raj, the grand nephew of yesteryear actor Haranath (known for films like Letha Manasulu, Madana Kamaraju Katha, Bhakta Prahlada) is turning a lead actor with a film titled Seeta Manohara Sri Raghava. The film was launched formally with a pooja ceremony at Ramanaidu Studios in Hyderabad today. Seeta Manohara Sri Raghava will be directed by Durga Srivatsasa K and is produced by Sudhakar T under Vandana Moviees. Director Anil Ravipudi, actor Akash Puri, producers A M Rathnam and Suresh Babu graced the launch event.

Reva is paired alongside Virat Raj for the film, whose principal shoot is set to commence in November. Touted to be a massy entertainer, the director expressed his happiness to launch Virat Raj's career and is sure that the script has all ingredients in the right measure to entertain audiences. He stated that the music score of Salaar fame composer Ravi Basrur will be an asset to the film. Durga added that he would hopefully live up to the trust that producer Sudhakar has on the team.

Virat Raj was all smiles at the event and said that he looked forward to proving himself as an actor with Seeta Manohara Sri Raghava. Ramajogayya Sastri will pen the lyrics for the songs. Kalyan B and Kashyap Goli are on board as the cinematographer and editor respectively. RRR fame King Solomon is the action choregrapher for the entertainer with Ramanjaneyulu handling responsibilities as an art director. The director Durga Srivatsasa K has also penned the story, screenplay and dialogues for the same.

Seeta Manohara Sri Raghava is slated for an early 2022 release. Tanikella Bharani, Kabeer Duhaan Singh, Brahmaji, Prudhvi, Praveen, Krishna, Satya Sai Srinivas, Roopalakshmi play supporting roles.
