Team India lost the ICC World Cup Final 2023 to Australia on November 19, 2023. While some were disappointed with the loss, the rest took it in stride and lauded Team India for its performance in the tournament. Bollywood celebrities sent out positive messages for the Indian Cricket Team on social media. Amitabh Bachchan, too, shared a motivational post for the Indian players.

Amitabh Bachchan actor took to his Instagram handle and shared, "NO NO NO .. TEAM INDIA .. not OFF yet .. you are our pride .. you are the heart where the hand rests (sic)."
Big B also took to his official X account and mentioned how the final match's result is not a reflection of Team India's talent and capability. The veteran actor added that better things will happen for the team.
"T 4836 - .... your talent , capability and standing is beyond all that .. it is supreme .. the results of the 10 you played exhibited that .. you are a feared team .. just see how many ex Champions and Winners you devastated in this WC .. you are the BEST .. and shall remain so ..(sic)," his tweet read.
Shah Rukh Khan's message for Team India
Last night, Shah Rukh Khan also shared a message for Team India. In his tweet, the superstar thanked the entire team for making every citizen proud of the sporting legacy in Cricket.
"The way the Indian team has played this whole tournament is a matter of honour and they showed great spirit and tenacity. It’s a sport and there are always a bad day or two," he wrote.
On the work front for Big B
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Sr Bachchan was last seen in Vikas Bahl's Ganapath with Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon. The legendary actor has Kalki 2898 AD with Prabhas, Kamal Haasan and Deepika Padukone lined up. It is expected to be released in 2024. The megastar has also come on board for Rajinikanth's Thalaivar 170. It is being helmed by filmmaker T. J. Gnanavel.
