After his attempt to take a nice, quiet European holiday does not go exactly as planned, Joe Goldberg, aka Jonathan Moore is all set to return to unsettling viewers with his twisted sense of love and justice yet again, in You Season 4 Part 2. Penn Badgley’s psychological thriller series will return with its latest instalment, this month.

What happened in You Season 4 Part 1?

The first part of season 4 found the tables turned on Joe, when a mysterious stalker discovered the truth about his alias as Jonathan Moore, and started to torment him. Joe found himself in a real life whodunnit, when the mystery person started to kill off those around him, following a pattern of murdering only the wealthy.

Spoilers ahead. At the end of Part 1, the mystery stalker revealed himself to be popular author, and the only person Joe liked, Rhys Montrose. Although Rhys offered Joe a chance to join him, Joe refused and was left for dead, although he escaped.

The trailer for the upcoming instalment shows Joe trying to reason with Rhys, who seems to have many more killings planned. Meanwhile, Joe finds himself getting more and more disconcerted about his relationship with Kate, who is still drawn to him.

The trailer also shows a glimpse of Victoria Pedretti returning as Joe’s wife Love Quinn, whom he murdered the previous season.
