If reports and the latest speculations are to be trusted, then a major update concerning Yuva Rajkumar's debut film is in the offing. Over the past couple of weeks, a number of Kannada film industry trackers and media outlets have claimed that the month of March 2023 will flag off Yuva's film 'Yuva 01', with March 17th, precisely, marked as the date on which the project goes on floors.

While the makers, Hombale Films, are yet to publicly discuss the film and its development, it would seem that the late Powerstar Puneeth Rajkumar's 48th birth anniversary (March 17th) is set to be the auspicious occasion for the team. Santhosh Ananddram, who directs the film, too, is yet to share any details regarding the project.

In this vein, we now hear that team Yuva 01 (working title) is ready with an exciting update for all the fans. Should the latest reports come true, then the title of the much-anticipated project will be revealed on March 3rd - as per the info., the same title will be unveiled through a special title teaser.

Some trackers even claim that the teaser would be played on a giant LED screen near the Dr. Rajkumar statue in Kurubarahalli. Netizens, however, seem unwilling to completely believe the speculations and are hell-bent on a formal announcement from Hombale Films.

Yuva Rajkumar's debut has been in the works for quite some time and as a result, a number of conjectures have attached themselves to the project. Very recently, it came to light that Santhosh Ananddram & Co. has approached Rukmini Vasanth for the female lead's part but a popular Kannada daily debunked the report soon after. "I wasn't approached by the team," said Rukmini in her conversation with the daily which, as it turns out, brought things back to square one.

Regardless, Yuva Rajkumar would certainly hope that things fare well considering that he has landed a great opportunity by getting to work with Hombale Films. He was originally slated to star in a period film titled Ranadheera Kanteerava but the project did not see the light of day for many different reasons. More updates to follow.
