Yuva Rajkumar’s Ekka’s new song out on THIS date

If the team of Yuva Rajkumar’s sophomore film had followed their initial plan, they’d have been looking at a theatrical release this week. Ekka was supposed to be in theatres on June 6, but has been shifted to July 18, which, they promise, is a date that they will meet. Ahead of the film’s theatrical release, they are now dropping a new song, Bangle Bangaari on June 5 at 6.36 pm.

Bangle Bangari: A song about a special someone

Composed by Charanraj and written by Nagarjun Sharma, Bangle Bangari, sung by Tagaru fame Anthony Daasan, is the second song from Ekka, after Ekka Maar, to be released to the public and this time around, the team is giving fans something to cheer about – the full video song will be out. The song, according to Yuva is about what he calls his beloved, a special name that most guys/men have for that special someone. In his case, it is Bangle Bangari. Yuva is paired with Sanjana Anand in this song.

Ekka, meanwhile, also stars Sampada Hulivana, Atul Kulkarni and Rahul Dev Shetty, among others. The film has been produced by PRK Productions, along with KRG Studios and Jayanna Films. According to the official synopsis, Yuva plays Muttu, who comes to Bengaluru in search of his friend Ramesh, who has done him wrong, only to then get entangled in the dark and murky underworld of the city.

For Yuva, who debuted last year with the self-titled film Yuva directed by Santhosh Ananddram, Ekka is expected to be the movie that will propel his career in the right direction. While the film Yuva allowed him to showcase his physical skills, including dance and fights, the actor’s emotional sequences were not up to the mark. After Ekka, he will move on to his next film with the same production team, but will be directed by Sukka Suri, who has a good track record with the Doddmane, with films like Jackie , Kaddi Pudi, Doddmane Huduga and Tagaru .
