In a statement, Zakir Khan stated that everyone who views, enjoys, and supports his stuff is eternally thankful. The incredible love and admiration he receives motivates him to continue entertaining audiences with my performances and antics.

Challenges and triumphs in the world of stand-up comedy

The ace comedian continued by saying that it's exceedingly challenging, especially for stand-up comedians, to reach even more people, perform for bigger audiences, and present their material on a worldwide platform, but artists persist in their pursuit of these goals. Comicstaan and Tathastu, both available on Prime Video, made this previously impossible voyage much more manageable. Plus, he can't wait for people to see my newest special, Mann Pasand, since it's new, humorous, and relatable.

Earlier, during an exclusive interaction with OTTplay, Zakir was asked about the boom of OTT platforms, which has opened many doors for a lot of people in the industry. He was quizzed about whether it's safe to say that his own growing popularity has a lot to do with your work with OTT platforms. To which the comedian replied, "I will not be ungrateful and say no to it. I will say yes (laughs!) Haan uska farak toh pada hi hain. These things (referring to OTT platforms) add grandeur when you associate with them. I am very thankful to the Amazon people and their teams because they believed in me for so many years, and I hope they continue working with me."
