Zara Hatke Zara Bachke box office report day 8: Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan’s film inches towards the Rs. 50 crore mark

It’s been a weekend since Zara Hatke Zara Bachke was launched in theatres by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films and Jio Studios and the film has taken everyone by surprise. This family comedy, which follows Luka Chupi and Mimi as Laxman Utekar’s third successful film with Maddock Films production, has been packing is being liked by the family audience. Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan are paired for the first time in this film, which revolves around romance, drama, and an unfolding comedy of errors. A divorce plan does not go as planned, which sets off a dramatic adventure with humorous undertones. 

On Day 1, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke made Rs 5.25 crore and the current state of the box office for Vicky and Sara's movie is stable. On Day 8, it brought in Rs 3.42 crore. As a result, its total domestic box office revenue is currently at Rs 40.77 crore. On June 9, the movie's overall occupancy was 13.93%. 

ZHZB has done well at the box office despite stiff competition from Adah Sharma's The Kerala Story and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse 2. The film is slowly and steadily inching towards the Rs 50 crore mark at the box office. 

The story of Zara Hatke Zara Bachke revolves around Soumya and Kapil, a middle-class couple from Indore. They are once very in love and now want to get divorced only to get a house of their own. The film goes around a lot of twists and turns with emotions and laughter. The movie also has Inaamulhaq, Neeraj Sood, Rakesh Bedi, Sharib Hashmi, and Sushmita Mukherjee in significant roles in addition to Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan.
