How well do you know superstar Dhanush?

Best known for his roles as Sivasaami in the Tamil action drama film Asuran (2019) and K. P. Karuppu in the Tamil drama film Aadukalam (2011), Venkatesh Prabhu Kasthuri Raja, who goes by the moniker Dhanush, made his debut as Mahesh in the Tamil coming-of-age drama film Thulluvadho Ilamai (2002), which was directed by his father, Kasthuri Raja. His role in Aadukalam won him his first National Film Award at the 58th National Film Awards for the Best Actor and the Best Tamil Actor Award at the 60th Filmfare Awards South. He made his Bollywood debut with Aanand L. Rai's romantic drama film Raanjhanaa (2013), for which he won Best Male Debut Award and a Best Actor nomination at the 59th Filmfare Awards.

Apart from being an actor, Dhanush is also a producer, director, lyricist and playback singer, and has excelled in almost all his endeavours. In 2011, his song ‘Why This Kolaveri Di’ for Aishwarya R. Dhanush’s Tamil romantic psychological thriller film 3 (2012) went viral, and was the first Indian music video to cross 100 million views on YouTube. His 2018 song ‘Rowdy Baby’ from Maari 2 (2018) was an instant hit, and it became the first and only South Indian video song to hit 1 billion views on YouTube.
