Baaghi 4 Review: The fourth instalment is the poorest film of the Baaghi franchise, while Tiger Shroff and Harnaaz Sandhu's acting has left the chat.

Baaghi 4 Story: Baaghi 4 starring Tiger Shroff, Harnaaz Sandhu, and Sanjay Dutt finally hit theaters on September 5, 2025. The story follows Ronny (Tiger Shroff), who is overcome with guilt and grief after surviving a train accident, which takes him on a dark journey where his mental health deteriorates, blurring the lines between reality and hallucination as he confronts a hidden truth and a powerful new enemy. The 'A' rated film is full of action, blood, and has a 'dragged' plot.

Baaghi 4 Review

No idea why films like War 2, Coolie, and now Baaghi 4 are considered 'most-awaited' films of the year, because after watching these films, one sentence came to my mind, and that is, "Why are these films even made?"

Tiger Shroff reprises his role as Ronny, and this time he is more violent and aggressive. Ronny is not only a dedicated lover but also a threat to all the villains in the film. His action avatar is promising as ever, but I wonder where his acting is? Tiger, who never forgets to flaunt his body, unfortunately, forgets to showcase his acting talent throughout the plot.

Baaghi 4 features more action, unnecessary bloodshed, and a dragged-out drama. The fourth installment showcases a new story, featuring Sanjay Dutt, Sonam Bajwa, and debutante Harnaaz Sandhu, who join Tiger to advance the franchise.

Ronny is back with another revenge mission, where he showcases his martial arts skills more than his acting abilities. He plays the role of a defence officer and is madly in love with Dr. Alisha D’Souza (Harnaaz). But their love story takes a deep pause after they meet a tragic train accident, leading Ronny to think that she has died, leaving him brain-dead. Months later, he recovers, but he harbors a hallucination about Alisha's presence, and the people around him continue to tell him that there is no one called Alisha. Later, after 'too many violent' scenes, Ronny figures out that people are using his hallucination as a big conspiracy against him.

The first half of Baaghi 4 primarily focuses on Ronny's efforts to determine whether he is actually hallucinating or if the people around him are deceiving him. During the process, he imagines dancing with Alisha, which is so cringeworthy that it cannot even be described in words. There is no solid plot, and the performances are weak. And Harnaaz's acting? I have no idea why she was cast, as she has no expressions.

In several scenes, it legit feels like she is shooting for a draft copy, as she does not know what to do with her dialogue. Meanwhile, Sonam Bajwa leaves a slight impression. Even though she also lacks expression, her action avatar saving Ronny's life seems slightly better.

On the other hand, Sanjay Dutt's acting talent has been wasted in Baaghi 4. First, he lacks solid screen time, and when he is given the opportunity, the poor plot undermines his image. His 'cringe' on-screen chemistry with Avantika (played by Harnaaz) provides nothing but sugar daddy vibes.

Baaghi 4 is the worst installment of the Baaghi franchise. Tiger always gives his 100 percent, but the poor execution, along with his expressionless acting, fails to create any impact. There are numerous scenes in Baaghi 4 that you can skip and scroll through on your phone because they don't make sense. From acting, direction, to execution, everything falls apart in Baaghi 4. The narrative confuses your brain and leaves you wondering, 'Why did I choose this film?'

Baaghi 4 Verdict

Tiger Shroff's Baaghi 4 may appear 'bold and violent' in the trailer, but in reality, it boasts a weak plot, along with 'cringe' performances. Directed by A. Harsha, the film can be skipped rather than being a one-time watch.
