Story:

Maya Ahuja always says the truth. However, in her childhood, she realizes that telling a lie has a bigger reward. Since that moment on, she runs behind the rewards and either speaks the whole truth or lies till death.

Review:

Set in Delhi in 1995, Good Bad Girl is a series that seems to cater to an audience that is constantly high and does not care about things happening around them. The series is literally about those moments as Maya Ahuja finds weird ways to sail through the ship of lie, oh sorry, life.

Samridhi Dewan is introduced to Good Bad Girl in the weirdest way possible. She plays the role of Bulbul aka Maya Ahuja in the series

The series is trippy at best. The scenes do not make sense initially but eventually do, only by a little.

Gullak famed Vaibhav Raj Gupta comes in a brief role initially but leaves an impact. Soon, he becomes one of the most important characters on the show.

Gul Panag as Zaina does not completely fit the role but pulls off her character nonetheless. She doesn't play the best boss out there but has her moments.

Aradhya Aanjna, who plays young Maya, is convincing as an innocent child. She has her moments too.

Sheeba Chadda in the role of a mother is perfect as always. However, it is her voiceovers that help the trippy series.

Rajesh Sharma makes a cameo appearance in a weird role. Naveen Bawa is also seen in a guest appearance in a rather bizarre situation. Saloni Khanna is also seen in a special role as Amaira and she's a delightful surprise.

Namrata Sethi as a bully is only partly convincing. She is more convincing as a friend.

Rajendra Sethi in the role of Maya's father is hilarious but cute. He has an adorable role and fits the role like hand in a glove.

Sohum Majumdar's entry lights up the screen. He plays a cute doctor named Punit who has a sense of humour. His scenes are totally the best part of the show.

Zain Khan Durrani is an absolute delight to watch from his first frame. He's a darling in the bizarre story that unfolds in front of your eyes.

The good part about Good Bad Girl is that it is relatable in bits. The bad part? That some scenes are trippy.

In its madness, Good Bad Girl also manages to get badass. The relationship drama then turns to courtroom drama and in the latter aspect, it is better than many we see today.

The series is extremely twisted in nature but not for a good reason. It is about a deranged person who can go to any lengths and that's about it.

Verdict:

Produced by Vikas Bahl, Good Bad Girl is a series you cannot watch in your complete senses. This one doesn't make sense. There's no story to tell. It's just the life of a deranged woman, time-after-time. If you like such content, go for it. We recommend lighting up the smokes and taking alcohol along so you can laugh through it and then, forget all about it the next day.
