The show is well executed, and Bear Grylls seems to be prepared and knows in and out of the island and the ocean. As Vicky tags along with him, he points to the other side of the island saying it gets denser there and he needs to be careful and mindful of where he puts his foot.

Review:
The new episode of the discovery+ show Into the wild with Bear Grylls hosts Vicky Kaushal.
The Uri actor enters the show with full 'josh', style and attitude, wearing a black t-shirt and brown pants with a backpack on a seaplane. He looks all confident and eager to begin the journey. But his confidence seems to wear off as they reach a mangrove island in the middle of the Indian ocean. He follows Bear Grylls like an eager child but seemed uncomfortable trying things out. However, he did not give up and kudos to that.
He was hesitant and washed the stinking mud off him after applying lightly onto his skin and t-shirt to ward off mosquitoes. According to Bear Grylls, who did not mind loads of stinking mud on him, animals too follow the technique to keep mosquitoes away. He was in complete disbelief when Bear caught a live crab in his hands and killed it. Vicky admitted that he had to close his eyes and gulp the raw meat as he had no other choice. It made him retch.
The show is well-executed, and Bear Grylls seems to be prepared and knows in and out of the island and the ocean. As Vicky tags along with him, he points to the other side of the island saying it gets denser there and he needs to be careful and mindful of where he puts his foot. But this episode is better than the earlier one with Ajay Devgn.
As the two were swimming and stood stranded in the middle of the ocean, there were shots of sharks swimming underwater hinting at the impending danger but it looks like they were shot separately and included in the scenes to get viewers at the edge of their seats. The background music of course adds to the intensity of the show. Vicky Kaushal managed to overcome his fear of deep waters and he says in the show that he feels victorious. Cheers to that!
Verdict:
The episode with Vicky Kaushal is better than the earlier one with Ajay Devgn as it included more action and adventure where he had to put his survival skills to the test.
