Sangarsha Ghadana Review - The way Krishand chooses to convey the stories in an unconventional way—which may not first appeal to everyone—is one aspect of his films that consistently makes them stand out. This is also evident in Sangarsha Ghadana, which has established a place for itself among Malayalam gangster films.

A former criminal lord named Kodamazha Suni returns to his hometown after learning that a new enemy has killed his previous gang members. He is compelled to think about all of his previous foes, along with the safety of the rest of the people he loves. Soon, they fear for their lives, particularly Suni, who has been impacted by his past decisions. The main question of the movie is whether the person in question is an old enemy or someone who was harmed by his impulsive decisions.

A crucial point raised by the film is whether scenes of bloodshed or extreme violence are always required in order to show the effects of hatred or retaliation. Without sequences showing Suni's cruel deeds, Krishand creates a realistic portrait of his character, revealing every detail of Suni's existence through other people's descriptions.

As he observes Suni's conflict with this unidentified foe, he makes every effort to impart the knowledge of an ancient Chinese literature. Utilising Sun Tzu's book's portions on the art of battle gives the story greater nuance and a philosophical undertone while gradually revealing its contents through the characters.

Additionally, Krishand has refrained from using clichéd subplots to celebrate these gangsters or a tale of vengeance. Rather than concentrating on how to restore his fame or identity as a powerful individual, he presents a vulnerable criminal lord who is prepared to accept his fate.

Similar to Purusha Pretham, this movie uses a slightly comical storytelling technique, with the majority of its characters coming off as grounded through their complex performances. While Sanoop Padaveedan does a convincing job as Suni, Vishnu Agasthya is the film's show stealer, showcasing his potential as an actor. Rahul Rajagopal, Zhinz Shan, Megha Ranjini Krishnan, and Mrudula Murali have all performed well. The cinematography by Prayag Mukundan is also commendable.

Sangarsha Ghadana Verdict - Despite not being your typical gangster movie, Krishand's most recent film is notable for its unusual production style and performances.
