Vysanasametham Bandhumithradhikal Review - This movie examines whether a funeral should follow the customs of the community or the wishes of the departed's family. However, it stands out and surprises viewers with the light-hearted way director S Vipin looked into it.

Anjali is disturbed by her obsessive fiancé, who treats her toxically and doubts her all the time, making her question their relationship. In addition, she is troubled by her anxious parents and a frustrating, obsessive lover named Shuhaib. Meanwhile, the death of her grandmother, Savithri Amma, causes chaos in her life, her family, and the community at large. The commotion surrounding the funeral starts when members of the community, family members, and prejudices take centre stage, leaving the bereaved helpless.

The film's strongest asset is its well-written script, which keeps viewers engaged throughout the story and delivers plausible moments for them. Despite the fact that the story takes place in a village in Thiruvananthapuram, no Malayali would be unfamiliar with the people in the film. While the first half continues in a comedic style, the second half seamlessly shifts into an emotional journey.

Through a straightforward plot, the makers humorously examine the important question of whether a community's established conventions are required for a burial. Throughout Vysanasametham Bandhumithradhikal, humour is at its peak, with impromptu scenes that make viewers laugh for a time before leaving them with something to reflect on. The film's concise and captivating plot keeps the audience intrigued without resorting to excessive gimmicks, subplots, or strong humour.

Regarding performances, none of the actors in this film will let you down. Maranamass actors Joemon Jyothir and Siju Sunny will entertain with their comical performance, while Nunakkuzhi star Azeez Nedumangad and Anaswara Rajan contribute to the film's emotional moments. With ease, the Rekhachithram actress portrays a girl in turmoil. The hilarity in the film is also enhanced by the other actors who play minor but important roles. Ankit Menon's music is perfectly timed and creates the ideal mood for the film. Picking a flaw in this family entertainer is likewise not easy.

Vysanasametham Bandhumithradhikal Verdict - The film achieves an optimum balance between serious and humorous moments surrounding a funeral, making it an ideal family entertainer.
