Written & Directed By God Story - In addition to being a failed filmmaker, Jijo is continuously reminded to worry about his wife, Lissy. But he disregards her persistent pleas and is just concerned with making another movie a box office success. After a string of events in which the two meet numerous strangers, he has an unexpected encounter with God that alters his perspective on life and his loved ones.
Written & Directed By God Review - Does God exist? Does he step in to help individuals when they are in need? What does God's miracle actually mean? These are examined in this Saiju Kurup film, which has a story that is undoubtedly tedious to watch for two hours.
Jijo is constantly reminded to be concerned about his wife, Lissy, in addition to being an unsuccessful filmmaker. However, he ignores her adamant requests and is only interested in making another film a box office hit. A frustrated Jijo maintains his denial of God, but he soon encounters some surprising events, starting with the Almighty accompanying him on a journey to help a few strangers. His views on his loved ones and his beliefs are transformed by these experiences.
Other than what viewers have already seen in films like Bruce Almighty and James & Alice, which examine the real meaning of God and his miracles, the film offers nothing new. The director uses subplots to try to elicit feelings from the audience, but to a certain extent, they fall short. Indeed, Saiju Kurup plays Jijo with ease and Sunny Wayne somehow makes the role seem divine. The Thattathin Marayathu star plays God in this movie, while Saiju, who was praised for his performances in Daveed and Jai Mahendran, plays the protagonist.
The remaining cast members' performances advance the plot without having the capacity to hold the audience's attention to a certain point. The bgm appears at the appropriate points for better emotional engagement, and Shaan Rahman's music is a good fit for the film. The young actors in this movie and Aparna Das have performed very well. For the most part of the film, the visual effects also appear convincing.
Written & Directed By God Verdict - On the whole, this Saiju Kurup-starrer is a passable family entertainer with a predictable plot on God's miracles.
