3rd Rock from the Sun

3rd Rock from the Sun is a 2006 American, English language TV series created by Bonnie Turner and Terry Turner. It is a sitcom which is about four aliens sent to Earth to examine the planet and the creatures living here. The aliens regard Earth as less relevant. The aliens take human form and become a family of four to avoid suspicion. The aliens start to act and live like humans and soon understand humans and humanity. Comedy follows often when the aliens get caught in weird situations. They often contact their home planet to send reports and to communicate. An entertaining light comedy sitcom.
